Role and Function

The role and functions of the Special Projects Unit are as follows:

  • Providing research and special projects plans Government quality for the physical, economic and social well-being of the people.
  • To review and provide comments on the projects the physical, economic and social development put forward by the private sector or other government departments and government agencies.
  • To monitor and provide progress reports of the Special Projects approved and implemented.


    Types of Projects

    1. Government Special Projects
    Provided the concept of planning and development layout plan for government projects such as landscaping plans, development plans, planning commentaries and site studies.

    2. New Growth Center
    Prepare concept plan and layout plan and the new plan gives baerkaitan commentaries site along soil analysis report.

    3. Structured Village Planning
    Prepare reports and review of the sites that have been identified for the next village planning organized and provided the draft layout plan for review of the relevant agencies when the survey is made.

    4. Agricultural Planning Group
    Prepare reports and review of the sites that have been identified for the planning of the next farming and provided the draft layout plan for review of the relevant agencies when the survey is made.

    5. Low Cost Housing
    Prepare a report on the need for low-cost housing in the State.

    6. Public Facilities Planning
    Prepare a report on the need for low-cost housing in the State.

    7. Infrastructure and Utilities
    Prepare a report on the need for low-cost housing in the State.
